Hear how they supported eight health checks to be conducted in one appointment, targeting people living in deprivation, ethnic minority groups, and people who had disengaged from care. At the time of recording, they had seen over 15,000 patients over 15 months and saved an astonishing 37,280 minutes of appointment time.
