By the end of this module, you should be able to:
- Identify and categorise CKD in people living with diabetes
- Understand the importance of communication, clinical coding and regular monitoring
- Support someone living with CKD and diabetes to manage the risk factors associated with CKD progression
- Support someone living with CKD and diabetes to identify healthy choices that benefit their renal health
- Understand the medications available to help limit progression of CKD and protect against cardiovascular disease in people living with diabetes
