QRISK Calculator - a tool to estimate the 10-year risk of a heart attack or stroke, for those not already on statins or diagnosed with cardiovascular disease.

The Kidney Failure Risk Equation - a tool to determine the 2 and 5-year risk of kidney failure (dialysis or transplantation) for patients with CKD stage 3a to 5.
